In addition to our Website Terms of Use, these E-Book Terms of Use apply to all purchases, including those made by buyers in the European Union under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1. License to Use
By purchasing and/or downloading this e-book, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the e-book for your personal use. You may not distribute, sell, or transfer the e-book to any third party.
2. Disclaimer of Warranty
The e-book is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. AI Advantage does not warrant that the e-book will be error-free or that it will meet your specific needs. However, this disclaimer is subject to any contrary provisions of laws in the purchaser's country of residence.
3. Copyright and Intellectual Property
The e-book is the property of the author and is protected by copyright law. The e-book may not be reproduced, distributed, or sold without the author's express written permission. The author reserves all rights to the e-book and its content.
4. YouTube Videos
The purchaser may not use any content from the e-book in their own YouTube videos without the author's express written permission. This includes but is not limited to, reproducing, distributing, or sharing the e-book's content in whole or in part in a YouTube video. The purchaser must also give proper attribution to the author in the video's credits or description, including a link to the e-book's webpage. The purchaser may not imply or suggest that the e-book's content is their own or that they are the author of the content. The author reserves the right to revoke the purchaser's permission to use the e-book's content in a YouTube video at any time, for any reason. The purchaser must immediately remove any YouTube videos that include content from the e-book if the author revokes their permission.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Igor Pogany or AI Advantage be liable for any damages arising from using the information contained in this e-book, including but not limited to damages resulting from errors or malfunctions in the prompts, lost profits, or loss of business. Igor Pogany or AI Advantage shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, regardless of the cause of action on which they are based.
6. Governing Law
These terms of use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Slovak Republic, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any dispute arising under these terms of use shall be resolved in the courts of Austria. For buyers in the European Union, the local laws of the buyer's country of residence may also apply.
7. Data Protection
In accordance with the GDPR, any personal data collected during the purchase or download of the e-book will be used solely for the purpose of completing the transaction, delivering the product, informing you about similar products or updates, and complying with legal obligations. You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time, subject to certain exceptions prescribed by law.
8. Entire Agreement
These terms of use constitute the entire agreement between you and AI Advantage with respect to the use of the e-book. Any modifications to these terms of use must be in writing and signed by both parties. If you are a resident of the European Union, you also have the right to withdraw from this agreement within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not yet downloaded the e-book.
By purchasing and/or downloading the e-book, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.
